On-Site Consultation
You’ll meet with our lead designer, in person to talk through your vision, needs, and budget. We’ll mark out ideas on the spot, take measurements, and start shaping a plan that fits your property. We recommend that all decision-makers be present so nothing gets lost in translation.
We’ll discuss the design investment which ranges between $250 - $500 based on the size and complexity of your project. Should you decide to move forward with installation this investment is fully credited toward your project costs.

Design Phase
Your landscape design is developed in 2D and 3D, typically within a week.

Design Presentation
You’ll review the designs in person with large-format printouts and a red sharpie in hand. Revision rounds are built in, so you can fine-tune the details. Once ready, you’ll approve the final plan and move forward.

Agreement and Estimate
You’ll receive a clear, line-itemed agreement with no hidden fees. A 50% deposit secures your spot on the schedule. Within 2–3 days, you'll have a firm project start date.

Installation
The crew shows up clean, prepared, and on time. You’ll get regular updates and walkthroughs throughout the project. Any questions or concerns are handled promptly, so you’re never left in the dark.

Final Walkthrough
All work is reviewed with you in person to confirm every detail is complete. If anything needs adjusting, it’s handled before the final invoice goes out.

Follow-Up Care
You’ll get a check-in at one month and again at three months to make sure everything’s performing as it should. All work is covered by warranty, so you can feel confident your investment is protected.
